Enjoying this blissful peace!
You don't truly appreciate the feeling of not having to study until AFTER you have done so for an extended period of time. Truly, for that, I can attest. Makes me wonder what it'll be like when I hit Yr 12 and studying will practically be my life, and then follows uni.
On another note, I watched Shall We Dance? (take THAT English teacher: NOT UNDERLINED) on TV last night. Made me fall in love with ballroom dancing again, like the movie does to me every single time. Sigh, I think after school, maybe I'll try a waltz class or whatever. Looks like fun.
Another reason for thinking about this incredibly odd endeavor is the knowledge that my life is utterly boring. Other than school, I have piano on Tuesdays, Japanese on Saturdays and maths tutoring (not worth being capitalised) on Sundays... I have no life, pretty much.
I feel the need to try something new. It's a mid-life crisis before the middle of my life (I hope). Anyhow, that's the reason why I am trying a new anime called 'Gintama'. Maybe you've heard of it? It seems promising.
And tonight at 8:30 (it just finished at 10), Downton Abbey was on!! I've been waiting for it for a while. Just seemed... interesting. Everytime I hear the song Last Night, I think of that series. Same goes for Ke$sha's song which goes 'This place about to blow' etc. Don't ask for the name. Don't know, don't care.
Moving on...
In Downton Abbey, I love the actor who plays Thomas, Rob James-Collier. Seriously, he is preeettty hot... -coughlily,don'tevermentionisaidthiscough- too bad the character is gay... haha nah, I'm an epic yaoi fan (much to the disturbance of my guy friends). Yes, quite so.
Alas, I believe I have nothing more to report other than the fact that I know I got 89% for Latin this half-year... that, and my grammar sucks and - despite me being an unseen-translation pro - I have to sit with my teacher the next time we do grammar analysis. Not that I mind, my teacher is cool.
Goodbye all!
And remember ~
Ending posts with quotes is enjoyable, if not interesting. I think I'll make it a habit.
